1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Naga Tech", "we", "us", "our" — Naga Tech, an online AI development school operating from 247 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
• "Service" — the online educational programmes and mentorship engagements offered by Naga Tech, including the Python for Data and AI course, the Computer Vision Specialisation, and the AI Project Mentorship engagement.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a programme.
• "Content" — all course materials, exercises, feedback, videos, documents, and other materials made available through our programmes.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation issued to you.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enrolment application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enrol in any programme.

3. Service description

Naga Tech offers three online educational programmes delivered in English:

• Python for Data and AI — a foundational course covering Python, data manipulation, scientific computing, and introductory machine learning. Price: ฿2,800.
• Computer Vision Specialisation — an extended programme covering image processing, convolutional networks, and contemporary computer vision methods. Price: ฿4,800.
• AI Project Mentorship — a mentorship engagement for learners working on an independent AI project. Price: ฿8,200.

All programmes are delivered online. Access to materials and submission systems is provided following confirmed enrolment and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to modify programme content from time to time in order to reflect changes in the field; active students receive updated materials without additional charge.

4. Enrolment and user accounts

Enrolment is completed by submitting an application via our website or by email, followed by confirmation from Naga Tech and payment of the programme fee. You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. Enrolment in a programme is personal and may not be transferred to another individual without our written consent.

5. User responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Engage with the programme materials in good faith and submit work that represents your own understanding and effort.
• Communicate respectfully with Naga Tech instructors and staff.
• Not share programme materials, exercises, or feedback with third parties without prior written consent from Naga Tech.
• Not use the programmes, materials, or any associated content for commercial purposes beyond your own development or workplace application.
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Academic integrity

All submitted work must represent your own analysis and effort. You may use resources such as documentation, textbooks, and online references, but exercises submitted for feedback must reflect your own understanding. Where we identify systematic copying or submission of work that is not genuinely your own, we reserve the right to withhold feedback, suspend access, or terminate the enrolment without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, exercises, feedback documents, and other Content provided by Naga Tech remain the intellectual property of Naga Tech. Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your personal study during the programme period. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish Content in any form without prior written consent. Work submitted by you as part of programme exercises remains your intellectual property; by submitting it, you grant Naga Tech a licence to review, annotate, and respond to it for the purpose of providing feedback.

8. Payment terms

Programme fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the point of enrolment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted are specified in the enrolment confirmation. We do not store payment card details. All fees are quoted inclusive of any applicable taxes. Naga Tech reserves the right to revise programme pricing for future enrolments; pricing changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.

9. Cancellation and refund policy

You may withdraw from a programme and receive a full refund within seven days of receiving your enrolment confirmation, provided the programme has not yet commenced (i.e. you have not yet accessed materials or submitted any exercise). After this period, or once the programme has commenced, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund within the eligible period, contact us at [email protected]. Naga Tech reserves the right to cancel a programme enrolment in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

10. Completion statements

A written completion statement is issued to learners who complete all required units and exercises for a programme. Completion statements are issued by Naga Tech and are suitable for inclusion in a professional portfolio or for presentation to an employer. They are not accredited academic qualifications and do not confer any formal degree or diploma.

11. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided in good faith and are designed to support your learning in AI development. However, we do not warrant or represent that completion of any programme will result in employment, a specific level of proficiency, or any other particular outcome. The field of artificial intelligence changes rapidly; while we update our materials quarterly, we cannot guarantee that all content is current at every moment. Programme materials are provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naga Tech's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme to which the claim relates. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naga Tech, its instructors, and its staff from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or any content you submit through the platform.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the enrolment agreement by giving written notice. If you terminate after the refund period, no refund will be issued. Naga Tech may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, in particular the academic integrity or acceptable use provisions. Upon termination, your licence to access programme materials ceases.

15. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to raise any concerns with us directly by contacting [email protected] — most matters can be resolved informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

16. General provisions

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naga Tech in relation to the Service.
• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver — failure by Naga Tech to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in future.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours without restriction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your enrolment will govern your programme. For future enrolments, the version current at the time of enrolment confirmation applies. Material changes will be communicated to active students by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
